Hello, anon! I’m sorry to say that I did not make the Chocolate Roulade at all. That is not my video. I merely made GIFs of it. Here is the original video, if you need it.
But! Fear not! I have seen a beautiful recipe for it (basically the same thing) on smitten kitchen’s blog. Here is the link to her heavenly chocolate cake roll. I know for a fact that smitten kitchen has excellent recipes (all the ones I’ve tried out have been absolutely delicious), so that recipe should work out fine if you so desire to try it.
